1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wahda Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Wahda Cloud provides cloud infrastructure services including compute instances (IaaS), managed databases (DBaaS), Managed Kubernetes, object storage, networking, and security services. Services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Billing and Payment
Services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on an hourly or monthly basis depending on the service. Invoices are GST-compliant. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Wahda Cloud reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
4. Uptime SLA
Wahda Cloud guarantees 99.99% monthly uptime for production infrastructure services. In the event of downtime below the SLA threshold, customers are eligible for service credits as outlined in the applicable SLA document. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wahda Cloud services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to conduct denial-of-service attacks, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to violate the rights of any third party. Wahda Cloud reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found in violation of these terms.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Wahda Cloud services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored within India in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023. Wahda Cloud does not access customer data except for operational support purposes with customer consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wahda Cloud's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
